Farming
All fruit is organically farmed. The apples are sourced from the Willamette Valley while the Pinot Noir originates from the Elkton AVA.
Winemaking
Each component was processed and fermented separately before being blended and bottled under pressure for effervescence.
Tasting Notes
Bright and playful, this wine offers aromas of ripe apple, pear blossom and wildflower honey, with a crisp finish propelled by zesty acidity and a lively mousse.
