Aromas of fresh strawberry, red currant, pink grapefruit, and rose petal lead into a lively, precise palate. Flavors of ripe raspberry, pomegranate, citrus zest, and subtle toasted brioche mesh with a bright mineral core. The texture is crisp and energetic, supported by a fine, persistent bubble structure and vibrant acidity through a clean, refreshing finish.
A Pinot Noir-dominant blend crafted using the traditional method, incorporating a selection of reserve wines spanning multiple vintages. A small portion of still red wine from Champagne crus is blended in to achieve its pale salmon color and delicate berry profile. The house intentionally blocks malolactic fermentation to retain signature purity, laser-like acidity, and fresh fruit focus before the wine undergoes extended lees aging in cellar.
Grapes are sourced from over 100 distinct crus across the Champagne region, with a heavy emphasis on Grand and Premier Cru vineyard sites in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. Grown primarily on classic chalk and limestone soils, the vines benefit from a cool northern climate that promotes long, gradual ripening while preserving high natural acidity.
