Produced using the Traditional Method. The Pinot Noir is gently pressed to achieve a pale rosé color, with secondary fermentation taking place in bottle. Aged on lees for extended time to develop texture and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Delicate salmon hue with aromas of rose petal, strawberry, and citrus. The palate is dry and vibrant, showing flavors of red berry, grapefruit, and a hint of minerality supported by fine, persistent bubbles.
