NV Alessandra Divella 'Clo Clo' Dosaggio Zero Rosé

Aromas of sour cherry, tart cranberry, blood orange zest, and lightly toasted brioche lead into an energetic, bone-dry palate. Delicate flavors of red currant and wild strawberry mesh with underlying notes of dried herbs, flint, and a light savory undertone. The texture is lithe and driving, framed by a fine, precise mousse, intense natural acidity, and a long, saline, mineral-driven finish.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the gentle press of hand-harvested fruit. Primary fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in old oak barriques. The base wine is blended with roughly 25% to 30% reserve Pinot Noir before secondary fermentation in bottle. It rests sur lie for up to 42 months before disgorgement. The wine is bottled with zero dosage, unfined, unfiltered, and made without added sulfur.

Grapes are grown on small, organically farmed estate parcels in Gussago, located on the far eastern edge of the Franciacorta zone in Lombardy. The vines grow in dense, limestone-heavy clay soils on steep hillside slopes. Cool alpine breezes flowing down through the valleys maintain low night temperatures, preserving razor-sharp acidity and distinct chalky minerality in the fruit.
