Grapes

This is a single-varietal sparkling rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir (Pinot Nero).

Farming

The grapes come from the Gussago area of Lombardy where Alessandra Divella practices organic (uncertified) and biodynamic viticulture on limestone and clay soils.

Winemaking

Produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle (Champagne method), this wine is made from the gentle second press of the Pinot Noir grapes. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation in barriques, is blended with approximately 25% reserve wine, and is aged for an extended period, often 42 months on the lees. It is a Dosaggio Zero (zero dosage/Brut Nature), with no sugar added after disgorgement, and often has no added sulfur.

Tasting Notes

The wine shows a beautiful light pink color with fine bubbles. It is noted for its powerful, dry, and mineral-driven profile, offering complex notes of sour cherry, cranberry, dried fruit, brioche, and saline minerality, supported by energetic acidity.
