"Our location in North Georgia’s certified American Viticulture Area, the Dahlonega Plateau offers a distinctive setting ideal for growing premium wines. This enables us to emphasize the aspects of wine farming that are meaningful to us – the cultivation of indigenous grapes, sustainable farming techniques, and artful winemaking. The result is the crafting of new and unique wine flavors that reflect our place and region, served alongside more familiar wine varieties.
Digging in the dirt since 2020, we’ve plowed, planted, and cleared pastoral views. With vines growing toward the high wire, we anticipate pouring wine in late 2023 with the opening of our outdoor pavilion and scenic plateau overlook. Our tasting room and event space is slated to open in 2024."
A versatile American heritage wine that has a long and interesting history. Our version features raspberry and plum aromatics and flavors with a lingering finish of subtle clove spiciness.
