Crisp pear, lemon zest, and wet stone open into subtle hints of fennel, chalky minerality, and saline sea spray. The vibrant, medium-bodied palate delivers sharp citrus tension and driving energy, balanced by a textured edge and a long, bone-dry finish.
Biodynamically farmed native grapes are hand-harvested, with Bical and Arinto vinified separately using native yeasts primarily in stainless steel tanks with a small portion in neutral cask. The wine matures on its fine lees without batonnage before blending in the spring.
Grown on limestone-rich calcareous-clay soils across Bairrada. Heavy Atlantic maritime influences and cool coastal breezes drive the razor-sharp natural acidity and intense mineral character.
