Aromas of fresh wild strawberry, white peach, and orange blossom lead into a bright, beautifully textured palate. Crisp flavors of red currant and pink grapefruit mesh with subtle notes of wet stone and wild thyme. The finish is remarkably clean and refreshing, with a lively, thirst-quenching acidity and a lingering savory hint.
Hand-harvested Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, and Carignan undergo a gentle, immediate pressing to extract only the palest pink juice. The must is cool-fermented with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks to lock in the bright, high-toned fruit characteristics, then aged briefly on its fine lees in stainless steel to enhance weight and texture without any wood contact.
Grapes are grown in the Corbières region, situated on the sun-baked hillsides of the Languedoc. The estate vineyards feature a drainage-heavy mix of limestone, gravel, and silica-rich clay that retains heat during the day. This terrain, swept regularly by the drying Cers wind, allows the old vines to ripen completely while maintaining the vibrant freshness essential for a balanced rosé.
