What it Tastes Like

Aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon, and blood orange integrate with bright notes of pink grapefruit, white flowers, and a hint of wild herbs. The palate is light-bodied and exceptionally crisp, featuring a zesty acidity and a bone-dry, refreshing finish. It displays a vibrant red fruit profile with a subtle mineral snap that makes it highly approachable and thirst-quenching.

How it’s Made

Winemaker Brianne Day utilizes a blend that typically features Pinot Noir alongside small amounts of other red varieties like Meunier or Grenache. In the cellar, the grapes are direct-pressed to ensure a pale, delicate color and to minimize tannin extraction. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the primary fruit esters and high-toned aromatics. This process focuses on creating a "glou-glou" style of rosé that is intended for immediate enjoyment while the fruit is at its peak of freshness.

Where it’s From

The fruit is sourced from several sustainably farmed vineyards across the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The sites are defined by their diverse soil types, including volcanic Jory and sedimentary Willakenzie, which contribute to the wine's aromatic complexity and structural balance. The 2025 growing season in the valley provided the ideal conditions for rosé, with a temperate spring and a warm, steady summer that allowed the grapes to ripen fully while maintaining the high natural acidity required for this bright, citrus-driven style.
