Hand-harvested fruit is gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on fine lees in stainless steel for several months to build texture and complexity without malolactic fermentation, preserving natural acidity and primary fruit character.
Grapes come from coastal estate vineyards in the Maremma region of southern Tuscany. Rooted in sandy, mineral-rich soils, the vines benefit from abundant Mediterranean sunshine and persistent sea breezes that moderate daytime heat and maintain fruit freshness.
