What it Tastes Like

Meyer lemon, green orchard fruit, and crisp tangerine define the flavor profile, underscored by a classic oyster shell minerality. The palate is crisp, refreshing, and light-bodied, showing a savory, herbal edge and remarkable purity. Bracing, driving acidity shapes the structure, bringing focus to a long, mineral-driven finish.

How it’s Made

Following hand-harvesting from estate vines averaging 25 years of age, the fruit undergoes a gentle pneumatic pressing and a natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts. This bottling rests entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for roughly ten months on its fine lees without any stirring to protect its fresh, vibrant identity. The wine is settled naturally and bottled with minimal intervention.

Where it’s From

Vines are located within the village slopes of Chablis in northern Burgundy, France. The specific plots are characterized by Kimmeridgian limestone marl bedrock topped with a layer of dense clay containing fossilized marine organisms. The region's cool, semi-continental climate ensures a slow ripening process, allowing the Chardonnay grapes to retain their sharp, signature freshness and clear mineral attributes.
