Bright red cherry, wild strawberry, and cranberry lead, followed by notes of rose petal, forest floor, and subtle spice. The palate is fresh and finely structured, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity giving the wine lift and length. Light on its feet but quietly complex, it finishes clean and balanced, with energy carrying through rather than weight.
The Mt. Jefferson Cuvée blends estate and carefully selected Willamette Valley fruit, harvested by hand and fermented primarily with native yeasts. A portion of whole clusters adds aromatic lift and gentle structure. Aging takes place in mostly neutral French oak, preserving purity and freshness.
