Fresh red cherry, raspberry, and blackberry aromas mingle with toasted oak and subtle spice notes. On the palate it is balanced and juicy with integrated tannins and a medium finish marked by red fruit and gentle wood influence.
Fermentation takes place in 30,000 L colonical tanks. After fermentation, the wine is aged for three to four months in oak barrels.
Produced by Bodegas Portia, part of the Grupo Faustino project in Ribera del Duero. Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Roa, Gumiel de Izán, Villanueva de Gumiel, and surrounding sites, with well-drained soils at elevations of approximately 750–800 m within the Ribera del Duero DO.
