2022 Mollydooker 'The Maître D'' Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet shows aromas of cherry, blackberry, and dark plum with hints of liquorice, cigar box, and mocha. The palate is full and layered with ripe red and black fruit and soft tannins that carry through a lingering finish of subtle spice and rich fruit character.

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested at full ripeness and fermented in barrel. The wine is aged in a mix of American and French oak, with a portion of new barrels, to build structure and texture before bottling.
