Grapes are hand-harvested in small 14 kg cases, sorted using optical Vistalys technology and hand selection. Fermentation uses native yeasts with gentle maceration, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 11 months.
Produced by Lapostolle, a Chilean winery founded by the Marnier Lapostolle family in 1994. Sourced from Apalta estate vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, where well-drained soils and a Mediterranean climate define the site.
