Aromas of fresh lemon zest, white peach, acacia blossom, and crushed gravel lead into a crisp, light-to-medium-bodied palate. Flavors of green apple, grapefruit, and subtle white pepper mesh with a distinct mineral streak. The texture is smooth and refreshing, supported by lively natural acidity through a clean, bone-dry finish.
Crafted entirely from Rolle (Vermentino). Grapes are harvested early to preserve high natural acidity and delicate floral aromatics. The fruit undergoes direct pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages on its fine lees in stainless steel without oak contact or malolactic fermentation, maintaining pure varietal fruit, crisp freshness, and a bright profile.
Grapes are sourced from coastal vineyards in the Saint-Tropez area within the IGP Var region of Provence. Planted on clay and limestone soils, the vines receive full Mediterranean sunshine balanced by cool maritime night breezes, allowing the fruit to ripen gradually while retaining crisp natural structure.
