Aromas of fresh blackberry, dark cherry, violet, and subtle bitter almond lead into a juicy, medium-bodied palate. Flavors of ripe plum, black tea, and crushed cranberry mesh with light earthy undertones. The texture is smooth and vibrant, supported by soft tannins and balanced natural acidity that make for a fresh, dry finish.
Farmed organically across estate vineyards. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with brief skin contact to preserve primary fruit character. The wine ages entirely in stainless steel for several months, avoiding oak contact to maintain bright, fresh fruit flavors.
Grapes are grown in the Trifole vineyard area in Barbaresco. Situated on steep, south-facing slopes rich in calcareous clay and limestone, the site yields grapes with classic varietal character, rich aromatics, and pleasant rustic charm.
