Aromas of citrus, pear, wild anise, garrigue, and toasted hazelnut lead into a high-energy palate. Flavors of white peach, candied lemon, white pepper, and flint mesh with hints of acacia honey and salted butter. The texture is rounded and creamy, supported by a distinct saline minerality and a long, crisp finish.
Farmed using certified biodynamic practices. A blend of Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, and Viognier, hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. The juice is pressed gently and fermented directly in oak barrels, where it ages for seven to eight months on fine lees with regular stirring to build texture.
Grapes are grown at Château l'Hospitalet on the coastal limestone hills of La Clape overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The vineyards sit on fossil-rich limestone covered in red clay soils. Constant sea breezes and coastal elevation temper the warm climate, preserving natural freshness and balancing the rich fruit profile.
