Aromas of Meyer lemon curd, toasted meringue, brioche, and cardamom lead into a vibrant, textural palate. Flavors of golden apple, starfruit, fresh ginger, and salted green melon mesh with a chalky, mineral core. The texture is rounded yet focused, balance-driven by crisp natural acidity and a long, savory finish that lingers on subtle citrus peel and spice.
Farmed using certified organic and biodynamic practices on estate sites, blended with sustainably farmed partner blocks. Hand-harvested grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeasts. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation and ages on its lees for 11 months in French oak barrels (20% new), followed by 5 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling to refine its texture while preserving energy and fruit tension.
Grapes are sourced from high-elevation hillside vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills. Planted primarily in shallow, volcanic Columbia River basalt soils, the vines are exposed to cool wind currents drawn from the Pacific Ocean through the Van Duzer Corridor, creating extended ripening cycles that retain natural acidity and intense mineral structure.
