Aromas of pink grapefruit, white peach, acacia flower, and subtle brioche lead into a crisp, bright palate. Flavors of lemon zest, green apple, yuzu, and toasted almond mesh with a delicate herbal lift. The texture is rounded and creamy from oak aging on the lees, supported by vibrant natural acidity and a clean, saline finish.
Farmed using certified sustainable viticultural practices under High Environmental Value standards. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, whole grape clusters are gently pressed and fermented directly in oak barrels. The wine ages for ten months in French oak barrels (35% new) with regular stirring of the lees to build richness and textural depth while preserving freshness.
Grapes are grown in estate vineyards in Pessac-Léognan on the left bank of Bordeaux. The property features deep gravel ridges layered over clay and limestone, providing excellent natural drainage that forces vine roots deep into the soil for concentration and mineral drive.
