Winemaking
Fermented in open-top tanks with regular punch-downs for gentle extraction. Aged for 12 months in older French oak barrels before bottling on the estate.
Tasting Notes
Deep garnet color with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and cedar. The palate shows ripe dark fruit, fine tannins, and balanced acidity with hints of graphite and spice on the finish.
