Fermented with native yeasts in French oak barrels (ouillé), without the addition of sulfur in this vintage.
Tasting Notes
Citrus and orchard fruit aromas (apple, lemon) with a lightly reductive edge. The palate is mineral-driven, with smoky and floral accents, tight texture, and a saline, focused finish.
