Farming

Biodynamic and organically farmed vines in the En Barberon lieu-dit, on clay and Lias marl soils in the Jura region.

Winemaking

Fermented with native yeasts in French oak barrels (ouillé), without the addition of sulfur in this vintage.

Tasting Notes

Citrus and orchard fruit aromas (apple, lemon) with a lightly reductive edge. The palate is mineral-driven, with smoky and floral accents, tight texture, and a saline, focused finish.
