A golden white with aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, and orchard fruit. The palate is crisp with gentle phenolics from extended skin contact, finishing bright and clean with a subtle herbal lift.
100 % Xarel·lo, hand-harvested and destemmed, then macerated on the skins for 52 days before gentle pressing. Fermentation is natural with no added sulfites, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration to preserve purity of fruit and texture.
Produced by Joanna Dubrawska in Penedès, Catalonia, Spain, and vinified in the cellar of Oriol Artigas. Vineyards are situated on clay-limestone soils under a Mediterranean climate characteristic of the region.
