The blend is dominated by Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, fermented in temperature-controlled vats with native yeasts, and aged in oak barrels before bottling, reflecting careful raft-to-barrel élevage.
