Saline and grapefruit aromas lead, with citrus and fresh herb notes adding complexity. The palate is dry and lively with pronounced acidity and a clean finish shaped by ocean‑influenced minerality.
Grapes are harvested by hand in the first week of April, hand‑selected, destemmed, and pressed with no cold maceration. The wine is made from 85 % Sauvignon Blanc and 15 % Sauvignon Gris, fermented at low temperatures in stainless‑steel tanks, and bottled after fermentation.
Produced by Casa Marín, a family‑owned winery in Lo Abarca in the San Antonio/Aconcagua coastal region of Chile. Vineyards are planted on marga soils composed of clay, sand, and limestone with direct exposure to the Pacific Ocean, creating a cool coastal microclimate.
