Medium-bodied with bright red and dark fruit, showing cherry, plum, and a touch of savory herbs. Fine tannins and fresh acidity carry the layered fruit through a clean, balanced finish with subtle earthy and spicy notes.
Grapes were hand-harvested from old vines planted with multiple indigenous varieties and fermented with native yeasts in open vats. The wine aged in old oak barrels, then in stainless steel, preserving primary fruit and softening texture without heavy intervention.
