Aromas of fresh green pear, red apple, lime zest, and subtle vanilla lead into a crisp, light-to-medium-bodied palate. Flavors of tart green apple, lemon pith, and white peach mesh with hints of warm sweet spice. The mouthfeel is energetic and balanced, held together by bright natural acidity, a subtle creamy texture, and a long, floral finish.
Farmed sustainably across estate vineyard blocks. Hand-harvested grapes are fermented using native yeasts. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation to soften the palate while aging for 10 months in neutral and neutral-leaning French oak barrels, keeping new oak to a minimum to emphasize fresh fruit purity rather than heavy wood influence.
Grapes are grown in four estate vineyards across the Russian River Valley AVA in Sonoma County, California. Influenced by cool Pacific Ocean air and dense morning coastal fog intrusion, the vines benefit from extended cool-climate ripening, allowing the fruit to build flavor complexity while maintaining strong natural acidity.
