Whole-bunch fermentation with native yeasts. Aged for 10 months in older French oak barrels before bottling without fining or filtration.
Tasting Notes
Medium ruby in color with aromas of red cherry, cranberry, and rose petal. The palate is elegant and pure, offering bright acidity, fine tannins, and notes of wild strawberry, spice, and earth on the finish.
