Farming

Sustainably farmed estate vineyards in the eastern foothills of Napa Valley, managed with careful canopy work, low yields, and hand-harvesting to preserve purity and balance.

Winemaking

Fruit is hand-sorted and fermented in small temperature-controlled tanks using native yeast. Aged in French oak barrels, predominantly new, for extended maturation to build texture, finesse, and aromatic complexity.

Tasting Notes

A refined and classically styled Napa Cabernet with blackcurrant, cedar, graphite, and violet. The palate is focused and layered, showing dark fruit, tobacco, and savory herbs framed by fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Long, elegant, and restrained.
