Ripe green apple, lemon, and white peach lead, followed by subtle floral notes of acacia and honeysuckle. The palate is medium‑bodied with bright acidity and a mineral undertow.
Grapes are harvested and pressed slowly and gently, fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve delicate aromatics, and aged for about 10 months in large French oak barrels followed by 5 months of refinement in stainless steel.
Produced by Domaine Chanzy, founded in 1974, in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise. The En Rosey parcel in the Rully appellation sits on argilo‑calcaire and slightly marly soils with a southeastern exposure.
