The wine is a field blend dominated by Arinto dos Açores with Verdelho, Boal, and Alicante Branco from centenarian vines. Fruit is hand-harvested, directly pressed and decanted, with first pressings fermented and aged in stainless steel and a portion of second pressings fermented and aged in used French oak barrels without batonnage.
