Aromas of dried maquis, red cherry, leather, and crushed granite lead into a medium-bodied, savory palate. Flavors of wild raspberry, blood orange peel, and dried thyme mesh with subtle earthy undertones. The texture is silky yet firm, supported by fine-grained tannins and vibrant natural acidity on a long, mineral finish.
Farmed biodynamically with certified organic practices and manual vine care. Hand-harvested grapes undergo native yeast fermentation with partial whole-cluster inclusion in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in neutral wooden casks for roughly 18 to 24 months before being bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
Grapes are sourced from high-altitude plots in the Ajaccio appellation on the island of Corsica. The blend (mostly Sciaccarellu with a small amount of Niellucciu) grows in granitic soils on steep, sun-drenched hillsides, where coastal breezes help moderate summer heat and preserve natural freshness.
