Aromas of wild strawberry, crushed cherry, garrigue, and black pepper lead into a fresh, medium-bodied palate. Flavors of tart pomegranate, blood orange, and subtle licorice mesh with a clean, stony earthiness. The texture is smooth and fluid, supported by soft tannins and a bright, juicy finish.
Farmed organically (Ecocert certified since 1999). An equal blend of Cinsault and Mourvèdre, hand-harvested and destemmed. Grapes undergo native yeast fermentation and roughly two weeks of aging in stainless steel tanks, avoiding oak entirely to preserve a fresh, high-energy profile.
Grapes are grown in estate vineyards around Cessenon-sur-Orb. Situated on south-facing limestone and clay terraces at around 150 meters elevation, the site yields ripe, healthy fruit while maintaining natural acidity and balance.
