This Blanc de Blancs shows aromas of fresh citrus peel, orchard fruit, and white flowers with underlying mineral hints. The palate is lively with bright acidity and fine mousse, carrying layered fruit and subtle savory notes through a clean, lingering finish.
This is 100 % Chardonnay sourced from old vines in the Côte des Blancs, primarily from the Grand Cru villages of Cramant and Chouilly with a portion from Cuis Premier Cru. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional méthode champenoise with an extended period on lees before disgorgement as an Extra Brut.
Produced by Pierre Gimonnet & Fils in Champagne, France, this Special Club cuvée represents the Maison’s top terroirs from the Côte des Blancs. The vineyards include parcels planted as early as 1911 and 1913, and the Special Club designation reflects the highest quality standards awarded by the Club Trésors de Champagne.
