Old-vine fruit from organically farmed, low-yielding vineyards on clay-limestone soils in the Toro region of Spain
Winemaking
Fermented in small stainless-steel tanks with native yeasts, followed by aging in French oak barrels (80% new) for 18 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Deep garnet with aromas of black cherry, cassis, and spice. The palate is rich and structured, showing concentrated dark fruit, graphite, and savory herbs with firm tannins and a long, persistent finish.
