A deep Cabernet with aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry layered with graphite, spice, and subtle oak influence. The palate shows concentrated fruit framed by firm tannins and fresh acidity, with dark chocolate and baking spice notes extending through a long, structured finish. Professional scores highlight its expressive black fruit and layered complexity indicative of the To Kalon site.

Fruit was hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness and rigorously sorted before fermentation with cold soak and careful extraction. Extended maceration preceded roughly 21 months of aging in French oak barrels, 62 % of them new, allowing integration of oak and fruit without overshadowing site character.
