Aromas of wild strawberry, fresh blood orange, citrus oil, and chalk lead into a concentrated, medium-bodied palate. Flavors of red currant, dried rose petal, and toasted almond mesh with an underlying vein of crushed limestone. The texture is silky and layered, balanced by electric natural acidity and a long, chalky, saline finish.
Farmed using sustainable practices with active cover crops and traditional soil cultivation to maintain vineyard health. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and vinified separately in stainless steel tanks, incorporating a small percentage of still Pinot Noir red wine for color and structure. The blend undergoes full malolactic fermentation and ages on its lees in cold chalk cellars for a decade before disgorgement, finished with a precise low dosage.
Grapes are sourced from top Grand Cru and Premier Cru parcels across Champagne. The Chardonnay (55%) comes from old vines in Montgueux and the Côte des Blancs, while the Pinot Noir (45%) is drawn from ancient vines on the sunny, chalky slopes of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Aÿ.
