Farming
Sustainably farmed vineyards with parcels worked by hand, using canopy management, green harvesting, and parcel-by-parcel monitoring to maintain optimal ripeness and balance.
Winemaking
Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. Aged in French oak barrels, predominantly new, to enhance structure, texture, and aromatic complexity.
Tasting Notes
A structured and polished wine with aromas of blackberry, plum, licorice, and cocoa. The palate shows refined tannins, dark fruit, tobacco, and warm spice, with a long, elegant finish shaped by the vintage’s freshness and lift.
