Aromas of candied lemon, yuzu, white peach, toasted almond, and warm brioche lead into an expansive, textured palate. Flavors of yellow apple, dried apricot, honeyed pastry, and salted Marcona almond mesh with a intense, chalky mineral vein. The texture is lush yet precise, supported by a fine, creamy mousse and electric, tension-filled acidity through a long, mouthwatering, ocean-spray finish.
Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo stainless steel fermentation to retain maximum clarity and fruit purity. The blend matures on its lees for over 12 years inside the house’s 2,000-year-old Gallo-Roman chalk cellars (crayères). Finished with a modest dosage of 7.3 grams per liter to allow the long secondary aging and site transparency to drive the profile.
Grapes are sourced from five key sites across the Côte des Blancs in Champagne, France. The wine is constructed using equal 20 percent portions from four Grand Crus—Cramant for altitude and structure, Avize for elegance, Oger for richness, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger for minerality—alongside one Premier Cru, Vertus, which adds floral lift and aromatic freshness.
