Step beyond the oak barrel and into the fascinating world of winemaking with clay and concrete vessels. These traditional techniques are making a big comeback, creating wines that are incredibly pure and expressive of their terroir. We'll taste a selection of wines fermented and aged in these unique materials and explore how they shape the wine's texture and flavor profile, resulting in a cleaner, more mineral-driven style. Prepare to be amazed by the subtle differences that come from a new way of thinking about an old craft.

This event will be a walk-around style tasting allowing you to explore the wines at your own pace. Tables will also be available for guests who wish to join us for dinner—simply check in with the host.
