Mexican Rosé. Yep, you read that right!
The project began in 2012 by planting the first vines, and in 2016 we began the production of our wines and the construction of the main building. Subsequently, in October 2018 we were able to open our doors to the public, a date on which the facilities were in optimal conditions to provide service to tourism and more importantly, when the first harvest of our wines was ready for consumption and marketing.
We are located in the heart of Bajío, within the state of Guanajuato, we promote oenology, wine tourism, gastronomy and local development, together to delight each of the senses. We have different spaces for social, business and family events.
The restaurant with traditional cuisine, surrounded by more than 60 hectares of vineyards, a reflecting pool that makes the stay a delight for the senses, we also have tastings and tours of the vineyards, an underground cellar and the production area of our came.
