This wine is simply called Erbaluce as it represents the most straightforward expression of the Cieck’s Erbaluce grapes. Comprised of 100 percent Erbaluce that has been whole cluster pressed, cold fermented to help retain the grapes aromatic and flavor compounds, and left in stainless steel tanks tanks for a few months before bottling. Lively and fresh - fruit forward sensations are well integrated with the firm structure of the wine and refreshing acidity. Best salad and seafood wine ever!
