Tasting Notes ~ Austrian Beaujolais? Sure tastes like it. Bright and juicy, with a spine of minerality (and great with a chill) and finishes completely dry. A blend of 60 percent Zweigelt, 30 percent Blaufrankisch, and 1 percent St. Laurent that has all been grown biodynamically grown. Spontaneous, semi-carbonic fermentation in stainless steel (Natural Wine!) that then spends 6 months in stainless steel tank to rest before bottling, unfiltered and unfined.
