    Tasting Notes ~ Krasno White is mineral driven in nature. This comes from the Slovenia, Brda soils. This is a fresh and elegant white blend - 40 percent of Rebula, 30 percent Chardonnay, and 30 percent Sauvignonnase. Gentle aromas of ripe white fruit, spices and field flowers.

  • 2019 Mary Taylor Gaillac Perlé

    Tasting Notes ~ A rich honeyed wine with a tickle. Pairs gloriously with rich and spicy food or as an aperitif. The word “Perlé” indicates a slight bite – tiny bubbles in the wine. A blend of 80 percent Mauzac and 20 percent Muscadelle grown on family owned vineyards dating back to 1540. Farming is biodynamic - using very low sulfur and wild ambient yeast.

    Tasting Notes ~ A blend of 50 percent Colombard, 20 percent Ugni Blanc, 20 percent Gros Manseng, and 10 percent Sauvignon Blanc all organically farmed and coming from a family owned, single estate vineyard. Fermented in stainless steel tanks this wine is bright and crisp with notes of grapefruit, lemon, and tropical fruit with a lip-smacking mineral streak.

  • 2019 Ovum ‘Big Salt’

    Tasting Notes ~ Big Slat is a cult favorite among Oregon wine drinkers and Natural wine nerds. Small production, organic, native ferment, with a bit of skin contact and minimal SO₂ at bottling - what more could you ask for in a unique white blend that pleases all the points on your palate? A blend of of 45 percent Riesling, 40 percent Gewurztraminer, 14 percent Early Muscat, and 1 percent others that were natively co-fermented with up to 7 days of skin contact. Big Salt is light gold in color, no doubt due to skin contact during crush. Aromas of salty bergamot, lemon, nectarine and white tea– exotic fruits fill out the nose. The palate is filled with rich texture combined with green apple acidity - the finish is crisp, with hints of tannin structure that quickly cleans up.

    Vinous 95 ~ Vivid straw-yellow. Highly perfumed citrus and orchard fruit and floral qualities on the mineral-accented nose. Shows excellent concentration as well as vivacity, offering palate-staining pear, Meyer lemon and brioche flavors that stretch out steadily with air. The floral and mineral elements return emphatically on the intense, sharply focused finish, which lingers with serious persistence.
