    Tasting Notes A blend of 50 percent Colombard, 20 percent Ugni Blanc, 20 percent Gros Manseng, and 10 percent Sauvignon Blanc all organically farmed and coming from a family owned, single estate vineyard. Fermented in stainless steel tanks this wine is bright and crisp with notes of grapefruit, lemon, and tropical fruit with a lip-smacking mineral streak.
