  • 2018 Roco ‘The Stalker’ Pinot Noir

    $29.00
Tasting Notes ~ Huge flavor impressions with rich, tannin grip texture await your taste buds. The 100% stem inclusion contributes so much complexity, we found dried tobacco leaf, burnt caramel /sugar(like the torched top of crème brulee), worn Corsican leather, caraway seed spices. Rich, ripe fruit includes blue berry and black cherry. The finish is forest floor earthy, with a hint of grape cluster stems balanced by rich fruit.

  • 2018 Day Wines Queen D

    $22.00
Tasting Notes ~ The fruit used for Queen D comes from a single vineyard in Oregon - The Cowhorn Vineyard, a pristine biodynamic vineyard in the heart of Applegate Valley. It's an ideal site for Rhône varietals, with its rocky, well-drained river bench soils, warm temperatures, and dry growing seasons. The 2018 Queen D is a vibrant expression of Marsanne and Roussanne in equal parts. Aromas of mandarin orange, lemon liqueur, dried peaches and apricots, and white honeysuckle give way to the suprisingly tense palate. While the richness of fruit is certainly forefront, the acidity provides a refrehsing backbone to the flavor profile.

  • 2018 The Eyrie Vineyards Chasselas Doré

    $33.00
Tasting Notes ~ Chasselas Doré is an old grape variety born in the Jura and Alps mountain ranges of Switzerland. Fresh, tropical and savory, it is light on its feet while having a surprising amount of structure and body. This wine is made from two rows of organically grown, ungrafted vines. The attentive vineyard practices of Eyrie demand focus on rigorous training of the vines, minimal interference with the ecosystem, and on picking at the optimal time. Insecticides, herbicides, and systemic chemicals are never used in the vineyards. In the winery, they refrain from unnecessarily manipulating the wines during their fermentation and maturation. The Eyrie Chasselas ages 6 month on lees. In spite of full natural malolactic fermentation the wine is crisp.
