    Tasting Notes This is Pet Nat! Turned up all the way to 11. Made from Cayuga White, an heirloom variety developed particularly for the Finger Lakes by Cornell University in the 1950s. These grapes are picked early season to deliver orchard fruits and crisp acidity. Fermented in the bottle, this wine is sparkling and precise.

  • 2018 Osmote Cayuga Lake Chardonnay

    Tasting Notes Structured like a well cut suit and bodied with ripe orchard fruit aromas. Elements of honey and custard within the body held tougher with a crisp spine. Slight minerality with a succulence and brightness to the finish. Hand harvested, sorted, and whole cluster pressed. Long, slow natural fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Extended lees contact then filtered prior to bottling. If a Chablis married a Russian River Valley Chardonnay, Osmote would be the result of that union!
