2017 Krasno Red Blend
$16.00Tasting Notes ~ If you are a fan of Northern Rhône or Austrian reds then a Slovenian red may be your new friend. Krasno Red is a blend of 40 percent Cabernet Franc, 30 percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 30 percent Merlot all fermented separately before blending. Ruby red in color with a purple hue. Bramble and red cherries on the nose followed by a fain grassy aroma. Medium body, gentle texture with a long finish. Fermented in Stainless steel tank and then left to mature in Slavonic barrels for 12 months. -
2019 Stolpman Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc
$21.00Tasting Notes ~ 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc coming from a 10 acre plot planted on Limestone. Lemon, citrus spray and a zesty texture on the front with dried hay behind. Riper citrus blooms as the wine warms up in the glass but the palette remains pin-point razor-sharp focused and crisp – yet without any austerity. Only 3,800 cases made. -
2019 Frank Cornelissen ‘Susucaru’ Rosato

Allocations of his wines for an entire state sometimes is as little as a few cases. These wines are for the serious collector and Natural wine lover. A blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Catarratto, Nerello Mascalese. De-steamed, gentle press, 10 day maceration, spontaneous fermentation in epoxy tanks with indigenous yeasts. Zero SO2 added at bottling. -
2020 Folk Machine Rosé
$23.00Tasting Notes ~ 2020 marks the forth vintage of Folk Machine Rose. This Rose has become a cult favorite among die hard Rose fans, Natural wine drinkers, and collectors. With an allocation of less than 30 cases for the whole state of Georgia there is never enough to go around. It is a Murphy’s favorite and the best way to start Rose season! With only 4 cases on hand this will go fast! 100 percent Gamay Noir - grapes were taken directly to press with just a minimal amount of skin contact time. Native fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control to keep the fermenting juice cool and the fermentation slow, preserving aromatics and flavors. The result is a fresh, very savory, light wine. -
2018 Meinklang Burgenlandred
$20.00Tasting Notes ~ Austrian Beaujolais? Sure tastes like it. Bright and juicy, with a spine of minerality (and great with a chill) and finishes completely dry. A blend of 60 percent Zweigelt, 30 percent Blaufrankisch, and 1 percent St. Laurent that has all been grown biodynamically grown. Spontaneous, semi-carbonic fermentation in stainless steel (Natural Wine!) that then spends 6 months in stainless steel tank to rest before bottling, unfiltered and unfined. -

The palate is fresh and uplifting with notes of briary raspberry, morello cherry and wild lavender finished with an orange twist. This is an ethereal, vivid red blend! Sustainably farmed - 56 percent Cinsault, 29 percent Syrah, and 15 percent Carignan that spent 10 months in 75 percent French barrique and 25 percent stainless steel. Only 1,700 cases produced. -

A blend of 55 percent Xarello, 25 percent Macabeo and 20 percent Parellada, from vines planted in 1995, this crisp, delicious, dry sparkler spent 12 months on its lees. Attractive notes of honeyed brioche, poached pear and caramelized grapefruit jump from the glass of this zesty, light-bodied, exceptionally well-crafted, pure, fresh cava. 2000 Bodegas Urbina ‘Seleccion’ Rioja

Aromas of good intensity where fruits of various types stand out with good maturity and expressiveness, flowers, sweet spices, toasted touches and scrubland. In the mouth it is flavorful, the palate with good balance and quite round, also shows liveliness and character, the fresh and soft tannins, the aftertaste quite well with almost all the aromas of the nose. 2018 Day Wines ‘Queen D’
$22.00Tasting Notes ~ The fruit used for Queen D comes from a single vineyard in Oregon - The Cowhorn Vineyard, a pristine biodynamic vineyard in the heart of Applegate Valley. It's an ideal site for Rhône varietals, with its rocky, well-drained river bench soils, warm temperatures, and dry growing seasons. The 2018 Queen D is a vibrant expression of Marsanne and Roussanne in equal parts. Aromas of mandarin orange, lemon liqueur, dried peaches and apricots, and white honeysuckle give way to the suprisingly tense palate. While the richness of fruit is certainly forefront, the acidity provides a refrehsing backbone to the flavor profile. -

The bouquet of this Pinot Noir/Chardonnay blend is as intense as it is delicate and vinous, displaying red and yellow-fleshed fruit intertwined with floral, chalky and citrus notes as well as a noble sur lie character. Round, lush and delicate on the palate, this is a highly elegant, charming, beautifully balanced rosé with great finesse and amazingly fine grip on the long yet pure, tensioned, well-structured and stimulatingly salty finish. This rosé Champagne is close to perfection! A small percentage of the Pinot Noir—from old vines in the south-facing Valofroy parcel in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ—was vinified as red wine and added to give this unique color and vinosity.
