2018 Silver Ghost Cabernet Sauvignon
$30.00James Suckling 93 ~ Aromas and flavors of dried flowers with currants, blackberries and violets. It’s full-bodied with soft, refined tannins and a savory finish. Pretty length, too. -
2013 Robert Foley Vineyards ‘Kelly’s Mountain Cuvée’ Cabernet Sauvignon
$64.00Tasting Notes ~ Atlas Peak, in Napa Valley, is a much cooler growing area with direct maritime influence from both the southwest (San Pablo Bay) and the southeast (Suisun Bay) and the resulting wines develop an elegance, a light- ness on their feet and beautiful natural acidity. This 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon was hand picked October 2013, bottled in 2015 and released in 2021. Cherry and spice from the forests, bright acidity and medium body dance on the palate. Red cherry flavors seem to last forever in the finish. This offering is a beautiful example of Cabernets born in high elevation. Only 300 cases produced. -
2018 Carter Cellars ‘Carter’ Cabernet Sauvignon
$192.00Jeb Dunnick 99 ~ A killer effort, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Carter offers that rare, magical mix of opulence, power, elegant, and freshness that you rarely come across, offering a kaleidoscope-like array of crème de cassis, toasted spice, dried violets, blackberries, smoked tobacco, and a distinct sense of minerality, it’s a beast of a wine on the palate that somehow stays beautifully balanced, elegant, and seamless. It’s impossible to resist today yet should cruise for two decades. -
2017 Le Pich Cabernet Sauvignon
$60.00Tasting Notes ~ A deep ruby robe, with darker black fruit and mineral aromas on the nose. The palate brightens into a ripe strawberry, raspberry and boysenberry core, layered with notes of black licorice and nutmeg. Fluid and smooth, this wine blends rich fruit complexity, elegant freshness, and well-integrated tannins. -

$234.00Robert Parker's Wine Advocate 93 ~ The 2018 M. Étain is a blend of 87 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 6 percent Malbec, 4 percent Merlot and 3 percent Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it charges out of the gate with expressive notes of crème de cassis, baked plums, wild blueberries and tilled soil with loads of exotic spice and fruitcake accents. Full-bodied, the palate is as rich as it is vibrant and refreshing, featuring approachable, finely grained tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long and earthy. -
2017 Cult Cabernet Sauvignon
$19.00Tasting Notes ~ Black cherry and raspberry aromas form the bright red fruit profile on this classic Cabernet. Smooth and silky in texture, refined powdery tannins provide an excellent framework for the fleshy ripe mid palate. Hints of nutmeg and espresso bean add to the complexity of flavors on the palate. The finish is decidedly long and persistent.
